Health Coaching

Let's face it, diets aren't easy to follow.  And, more often than not, people find themselves losing the weight, only to gain it right back.  That's where I come in.

I help you set achievable goals for a healthy, happier lifestyle and provide ongoing support to help you achieve these goals.  The science of nutrition is complicated and constantly changes; it's often contradictory - one week coffee is good for you, while you should avoid it the next.  It's not easy, and I'm here to help.

It's not often that you get to sit down with someone and work on your nutrition goals.  As a Health Coach, that's my job - to help support you in achieving all of your health goals.  Yes, all of them.  I've studied all the major dietary theories and will help you find which approach works best for you!

Rather than dwelling on calories, carbs, fats and proteins and giving you all kinds of restrictions, I teach you clean eating and how to create a happier (and healthier) life.  Bye bye yo-yo diets!  By working with me, you will learn nutrition and lifestyle habits that are flexible and allow you to lose weight while still having a social life.

Your personalized program will radically improve your health and happiness.  Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.

Private Yoga
